Senior Advertising Manager (Team Lead potential)
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Advertising Manager (Team Lead oriented role) to join our fast growing, international team—either at our Cyprus office or remotely.
In this role, You will work with direct advertisers, use your skills in negotiating CPM and Flat Deals. An ideal candidate should bring creative ideas, solve problems independently, and know their way around Ad-Server platforms.
Your efforts will directly support our company’s expansion and strengthen our position in the market.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Advertising Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career by growing into a Team Lead role. You’ll join our expanding international Ad Network team (part of Centro Holding), helping to drive our ambitious growth plans by building strong partnerships, closing high-quality deals, and shaping a high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Working On
- Identify and acquire new direct advertisers to expand the advertising network and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Publisher's Manager Department to drive the sale of new advertising placements and optimize ongoing campaigns for maximum performance and return.
- Manage advertiser accounts while fostering long-term, strategic relationships to ensure sustained collaboration and client satisfaction.
- Identify and evaluate innovative ad formats and alternative revenue streams to support business growth and diversification.
- Represent the company at international conferences, building industry connections and promoting brand visibility on a global scale.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
- Conduct market and competitor research to develop competitive strategies.
- Find, propose, and test new revenue streams and opportunities.
- Keep the CRM organized and up-to-date for pipeline visibility and efficiency. Ensure the timely preparation and delivery of accurate performance and operational reports
- Lead by example: support and mentor team members in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Motivate and guide your team to achieve their full potential.
- Set up and refine processes to improve efficiency and performance.
- Develop strategic initiatives for key accounts to maximize growth.
- Be responsible for monthly gross profit made by Team. Be a leader, motivator, helper and an example for each Advertiser Manager on the way to achieve high results and month to month growth.
About You – Preferred Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience as a Senior Advertiser Manager or Affiliate Account Manager in ad networks.
- Proven experience negotiating CPC, CPM, and flat-rate deals, with a creative, tailored approach to closing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you know how to build trust, resolve issues, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to balance short-term results and long-term growth.
- A natural problem solver who thinks outside the box and thrives in fast-changing environments.
- Strong proactivity – you take initiative without waiting for instructions, spotting and solving problems early.
- Strong ownership and accountability – you work independently and take initiative without waiting to be told what to do.
- Good working knowledge of tracking platforms, CRM, statistics.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Team-oriented and motivated by shared success – willing to support and lift others.
- Clear ambition to grow into a leadership role and make an impact beyond your individual work.
