Social Media & Community Manager
We’re looking for an organized, creative, and proactive Part-Time Social Media Manager to support the day-to-day management and ongoing development of social media across multiple brands and projects.
This role will initially focus on managing social calendars, coordinating content, scheduling and publishing posts, and ensuring everything goes live accurately and on time. As you become familiar with our brands and audiences, we’d also like you to take greater ownership of content ideation, caption writing, and content creation.

Manage and maintain social media content calendars across multiple accounts
Schedule and publish content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant channels
Review content before publishing to ensure copy, creative, links, tags, and formatting are correct
Write and refine social media captions in line with each brand’s voice
Develop and propose new social media content ideas
Create social-first content for select brands, including simple graphics, posts, stories, and other platform-appropriate content
Help build out content calendars by identifying relevant topics, trends, campaigns, and opportunities
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and internal team members when additional creative support is required
Track upcoming posts, campaigns, events, launches, and key dates
Monitor scheduled content and confirm posts have published correctly
Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual presentation
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and basic audience engagement
Flag questions, issues, or opportunities that require input from the wider team
Support social content for events, announcements, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
Keep social media assets and content organized
Provide basic reporting on content performance and engagement
Use performance insights to recommend improvements to content, posting cadence, and overall social presence
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience managing social media for brands or businesses
Strong writing and caption-creation skills
A good eye for engaging, platform-appropriate social content
Ability to generate content ideas rather than relying solely on content provided by others
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with social media scheduling and management tools
Comfortable managing multiple brands, accounts, and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to understand and adapt to different brand voices and audiences
Able to work independently and proactively follow up on missing content or approvals
Reliable and comfortable working within a remote, fast-moving team
Availability that overlaps with CET business hours
Nice to Have
Experience working with an agency or managing multiple client accounts
Canva or other basic design/content creation skills
Experience creating short-form social content
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Basecamp, Monday.com, or similar
Familiarity with social analytics and reporting
Experience supporting event or conference-related social content
About the Role
This is a hands-on role combining social media management, coordination, and content creation. Initially, the priority will be ensuring our social operation runs smoothly — content is organized, reviewed, scheduled, published, and monitored consistently.
We’re looking for someone who can grow into owning the social calendar rather than simply executing a calendar created by someone else.
